We are totally impressed by the work done to our home. Crown mouldings were added to all the rooms. It was done expertly with care and precision. The joints all fit properly, were caulked, primed and painted beautifully.

The plain entryway had pillers and corbels added which made the entry much more elegant.

We asked for a different mailbox so the mailman would deliver mail without macing the dog. John designed and built in short order an attractive mail receptacle inside the fence with a slot on the outside. No more mailman inside our gates. photo#1, photo #2

In a small corner of the basement, he added pipes for a washer/dryer and utility sink, then added a pump to make sure the water actually left. photo

We live in a restored Maybeck so the historic character is important. John fixed and or added lights as well as repaired old electrical outlets. photo

He weather proofed this small 9 x 6 office and added shelves and a stained wrap around desk. We'll need another small building soon which he'll build from scratch. photo
